Prohibited uses
You must not use Fellow Data systems to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations
- Manipulate markets, including through spoofing, layering or other abusive trading practices
- Commit fraud or deceive others
- Evade sanctions
- Conduct unauthorised surveillance of individuals
- Compromise, or gain unauthorised access to, any system or data
- Distribute malware
- Attack third-party systems, including through denial-of-service
- Abuse APIs, including by exceeding agreed limits or sharing access credentials
- Circumvent security controls, permissions or usage limits
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Carry out unauthorised trading activity, including on accounts you are not authorised to operate
Using AI agents
You must not configure agents to act outside the permissions your organisation has approved, connect them to systems so that they place trades, or present their outputs to others as investment advice. See our AI governance policy.
Using market data and analytics
Data and analytics provided through Fellow Data may be subject to the licence terms of their sources. You must not redistribute, resell or publish them beyond what your agreement and those terms allow, remove their source, date or AI-generated labels, or present them to others as investment advice or as live data when they are delayed. Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of Fellow Data technology complies with applicable laws and regulatory requirements. Customers are also responsible for:
- Keeping access credentials secure
- Making sure they have the right to connect each data source they use
- Configuring permissions and reviews that are appropriate to their use
- Making their own trading and investment decisions
Enforcement
If we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may investigate, suspend or restrict access, and report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities where required.
